A new club had just opened up and wanted Shane to DJ part of the time. That meant free drinks and free partying. He only had to be at the booth part time, anyway. When his shift was over for a bit, he went down to the bar and got a gin and tonic. Shane wasn't a total alcoholic, but he did like his alcohol. Looking around, he tried to find a girl worth hitting on. So far, he couldn't find the right girl. They were all sexy, but he wanted one that was really his style before he gave in.

Ella had been tanning for awhile and decided it was time to do something. Getting up, she got herself a red snow cone and started to stroll the beach. She loved California. Plenty to do and the ocean was beautiful. She always wanted to find someone to share the moment with, but never did. Most of the guys who hit on her were total pigs. Walking up to the water, she let the waves lap over her feet as she watched a peaceful part of the ocean. Yes, this was a good choice for today.
